Sat, 11 Aug 2007. Hope you can help me out. I contacted James in your Bedminster depot and finally managed to locate a Thule 9022 3 to 4 bike adaptor. I've unofficially put my name against it and asked if he'll keep it for me and I have now ordered one via your internet website. Could you please progress my order for me as soon as you can on Monday morning and hopefully get this item posted to me ASAP. We have a planned trip on Friday and if I don't get it for then I can only take 3 not 4 bikes and one of my kids will be in tears as well as my ears being numb ! If you can't do it for me please do it for my kids ! (Hope you're not crying yet.) If you could Email or telephone me Monday to let me know if this can be achieved that would be a big help.
